Risky business! Law firm accuses Uber of using private gardens in a crisis

Nobody can say they aren’t thorough! In their fight to get Uber banned, top lawyers Clifford Chance are examining every  allegation, no matter how minor, to create the bigger picture.  This allegation though, is a little sleazier than most.hosegushingThe allegation, to put it bluntly, is that Uber drivers are using private gardens instead of finding a public bathroom.  For details, click the above link, ( if you are brave enough) .

“Suspend Uber’s London license with immediate effect”, CC goes on to demand not at all hysterically, because “any other course of action will inevitably put members of the public at risk”.

Even the most devoted supporter of Uber cabs might feel that this sort of behaviour is a step too far.

UPDATE.  today, 3rd November, Boris Johnson finally came  clean.  He says the government are obsessed with supporting “Californian tech Titans” and are letting Uber run amok!  Scandal and another huge mistake from error ridden No. 10.

  3. The Uber driver who criticised my comment on twitter that Uber drivers using private gardens as loos must have dirty hands needs to explain how they wash their hands!

They can’t be bothered to find a public urinal so presumably their hands stay unwashed.

The facts for the above blog come from lawyers Clifford Chance, they are documented.
