Gary Moore is frequently in the top ten of top blues guitarists in the world. This is one of his most powerful and emotional performances, and his vocal will blast your socks off. He has such a terrific pair of lungs, his love object must be able to hear him at the other side of the city. He does play brilliant blues guitar though. The whole thing packs a massive punch, but it’s soulful. He certainly makes his point in decibels. Towards the end of the song, Gary’s feelings and playing are so high voltage, he practically self-implodes.
The song is “I’ve still got the blues for you…”
“So long, it was so long ago, But I’ve still got the blues for you.”
